Great for pregnancy! I took this during pregnancy and I loved it. It kept my iron levels up and it is a tiny little thing to swallow. I was very thankful for that considering all the other vitamins I was taking. I listed the ones I took below. I delivered a very healthy baby boy who is way ahead in the growth charts now at 6 months. He was so strong the day he was born he could lift his head on his own. Isn't that something?! I blame it on the great supplements I took. I'm continuing my supplements as I am still breastfeeding. March 25, 2012
