Suprising benefits I purchased this to help with my moods, and I haven't noticed a huge difference yet but I HAVE noticed that I don't want to snack as much throughout the day, when I normally eat ALOT out of boredom or from stress. Better than synthetic........ I found out about the benefits of this by a friend of mine. I have been an avid herb/vitamin taker for the past 17 years. My husband and I started taking this along with St. Johns Wart. All I can say is WOW. We will never allow ourselves to run out of either. I have never like the idea of taking synthetic drugs.
