Good before bedtime We like the NSI Cat's Claw because of the Quality. We take it in the evening before bedtime. Cat's Claw is very good for the immunesystem and also for good and deep sleep. It relaxed the mind and body. This is our experience. The first time I take Cat's Claw was in the morning, before I go to my work. This was not a good idea, suddenly I felt so sleepy... Cat's Claw I had been recommend Cat's Claw by my excercise instructor who suffered from joint pain. I too have had joint pain in my knees.
