Good all around product This particular item has been a part of my daily regimen for a long time and I think the effects are evident: my skin doesn't feel dry, there's a slight boost in energy (along with my other supplements), I think it has helped my vision, and I think it compliments the other supplements I take daily. I usually take 3 caps once per day in the morning. I do notice that there are usually some strawberry-fishy-flavored burps within an hour or so of taking this, but I've gotten so used to it, that it's not an issue for me. My wife took these while pregnant with our kids and I'll go out on a limb here and say that (2-3 years later) both our kids seem to be more "brainy" than your average kid. November 24, 2009
