Practicallity outweighs problems I have read many materials about CoQ10 and its cousin ToCoQ10. I only use CoQ10. I think you can get greater absorption of CoQ10 with good health practices with Fish Oils because of natural vitamin E in the product. There are indications of better uses of CoQ10 with Amino Acids also. CoQ10 can enhance your energy, but you have to get it into your cells. With modern health information, you can see how to use CoQ10 and feel better throughout adult life. August 8, 2008
