Great universal product From cooking to using it as a pregnant belly rub, this product is a must have! It's a great alternative to any cooking oil (especially for baking). I originally bought it to fight stretch marks and itchy skin while being pregnant, but have began to use it on my whole body as well as for cooking. Great value, I highly recommend it! Love this Oil! Vitacost has an excellent coconut oil. It's certified organic, so I like to use it for oil pulling in the morning. We also add a tablespoon to our smoothie for breakfast. It's positively sinful when used to make brownies. Brush coconut oil in the baking pan instead of vegetable spray. Yummy! April 19, 2013
