As a dietary supplement, take 1 tablespoon with food 3 times daily or as directed by a healthcare professional. May be used as a spread or added to salad dressings and smoothies. For cooking and baking: use in place of butter, margarine, shortening or other cooking oils at temperatures up to 350°F (177°C). No refrigeration required.
