Not my favorite I was hoping to save money by purchasing the VitaCost brand over a different name brand. While I saved money, I am not satisfied with the effects on my body. This may work well for others, but I found I need more EPA than what this product has in it. Won't buy again. April 17, 2013

I like the aftertaste I like the strawberry aftertaste, but not fishy at all. The amount of omega 3 per serving, 2 gels for 800mg EPA and 400 DHA, is consider to be good amount, as comparing to any top brand, such as Nordic Naturals. The price is more than economical and reasonable (again, compare with Nordic Naturals). If you want to try them first before purchase it, Vitacost has free samples to give out. I would recommend it if you are having tight budget, like I do. Another good product to try is Vitacost Pure Omega. That one has 500mg of EPA and 250mg of DHA but only one softgel per serving.
