Thought I was buying Nattokiase From the name of this product I thought I was buying Nattokinase. Turns out it's a product very similar, but isn't what I thought I was buying. From what I've read it is likely a very good product, so I'll take them, and In the future learn to read the description of the products a little more carefully. September 14, 2012

excellent Takes a lot of pain and stiffness away. I take it first thing in the morning when I wake up and within an hour all stiffness is gone, and most of the pain disappears too. Helps me to move! July 1, 2009

Vitacost Nattozimes is a proprietary blend of enzymes with similar (in vitro) activity to nattokinase. Nattokinase is an enzyme extracted from a traditional Japanese dish called natto, made from boiled and fermented soybeans. Besides being enjoyed for its taste, natto is believed to have cardiovascular and circulatory health-supporting properties.* It’s been a dietary staple in Japan for more than a thousand years.

Nattozimes consists of a proteolytic system from Aspergillus oryzae, a beneficial type of fungus. Proteolytic enzymes, also known as proteases, help break down protein into amino acid molecules.
