"This is a small softgel and easy to swallow. It doesn't irritate my stomach at all. I'm 44 and still don't need glasses, not even for reading fine print. I don't know if Astaxanthin is the reason, but it might be! I'm a college student and I need to stay sharp and my Vitacost supplements help!"

"After some reading on this antioxidant I decided to add it to my daily regimen. My husband and I took two capsules daily for two weeks (8mg) which appeared not to be enough time to get the "sunscreen" benefits. I have decided to order more in hopes that I'll start to see and feel results after a month on the product."

"I sunburn very easily -- took this for several weeks prior to a FL trip. I tried to stay out of the sun when I could, but still - four days and no burn. This does seem to act as a natural sunscreen.
I have already re-ordered.
