Didnt like taking 4 huge capsules. The capsule are really big and hard to swallow, plus you have to take 4 of them. One capsule a day would be much better. Also, they contain no iron which i would have liked included. September 29, 2012

This is really a good energizer Instead of taking 4 tablets a day I take 2 a day. This gives me energy that lasts all day. February 16, 2010

Not for me I had high hopes for this vitamin as it sounds great! Unfortunately, it made me sick on my stomach. I felt bloated constantly and was very gassy. I feel that I was sensitive to an ingredient in this vitamin and it wasn't the vitamin as a whole. September 13, 2009

Great results I was looking for a product to replace my VERY expensive ($150.00 a month) Goji juice, and still get the great results. (ENERGY and all around feeling well) So Ive tried quite a few things, nothing. Im VERY pleased to report, this is it!! Next I order the synergy 11 with even more good stuff in it!
