Best price for same product I compared this very carefully to Concentrace brand and I see no difference at all except Vitacost has a better price indeed! Go slowly with adding the drops because for those used to de-mineralized water, the mineral taste in water may take a little time to get used to. But then, the instructions on the bottle tell you to add "X" number of drops per glass throughout the day so this does not happen. I recommend following the directions and it ought to taste just fine. Trace minerals are crucial to your health and few people get enough due to our depleted waters and food! June 29, 2015
Identical to the name brand I use RO water and replenish the water with the Vitacost brand Trace Mineral Drops. I really appreciate how budget friendly the Vitacost line of products are and they are identical to the name brand products. April 3, 2015
See my review This has USGov-acceptable low level arsenic, but if you test high in that heavy metal or consume water/foods with arsenic (such as apples not organically grown, or rice from the south or Asia), be careful of your total arsenic ppm daily intake. Unless you can find better from Israel's Dead Sea, these drops are what I find sold in USA to remineralize filtered or distilled water back to alkaline. Hopefully this like other brands sources the dammed-off more pure end of Utah Salt Lake. When we're out of spring water, we use a Brita filter pitcher (Zero Water pitcher grew mold too quickly); then boil the filtered water to kill living pathogens & burn off toxic gasses inc chlorine; & then then add a few of these drops not so much that it would taste soapy or be high arsenic. Probably healthy but tastes bad I was hoping to use these drops in my distilled water in order to add the minerals that are leeched out by the distilling process. I'm sure the health effects are good, but it tastes pretty bad. It ruins the taste of my water to the extent where I'm not able to use it in this way. So if you buy this product, probably best to use in juice or something. October 4, 2014
