The smaller size is amazing I started taking these as a recommendation from my doctor to get more vitamin D - the mini gels are easy to swallow and don't leave any sort of taste in your mouth. Not sure how effective they will be in the long run but I've had no issues thus far. April 7, 2013

Small easy to take Vitamin D3 I have trouble swallowing large capsules. I am able to take these and it has helped my immune system. Since I started taking these vitamins I have had a time where I spent too long out in the sun in midday and I didn't even burn.
