Good bang for you buck This is a good amount of hemp seed. I add into my kids peanut butter sandwiches to up the nutrition. They haven't mentioned or complained so I will continue with the protocol. The seeds have a mild nutty flavor. I also like chia seeds, I may order those next but they would look more conspicuous in a P.B. sandwhich. June 7, 2013
