Um, it's manuka honey, which means it comes from tea tree. The darker the honey, the more nutrients. Manuka is great for skin care. The taste is a bit stronger than I like but I use it for everything from masks, skin cleansing, after-shaving care - you name it. And yes, I do eat it every now and then, but I don't use it in recipes. For that I use the YS Organic raw, which I love.

taste good, but one concern:what kind of flower?
What kind of flower does it come from? Any description about the source? Any side effect?
I want to know if it's really worth.
