The best honey!
I don't buy honey. It is usually super-sweet with an earthy overcooked smell and flavor. This isn't the amber colored homogenous liquid you get in a bear. This also isn't the off-flavored and bitter store brand raw honey. This is much like you'd buy at a roadside stand. Slightly crystallized, delicately scented and flavored flower butter. I can't help but eat it by the spoonful

NOT good
This raw honey is NOT good. Taste was poor, as well as texture. I prefer YS organic raw honey.
