"I love yerba mate in the loose leaf variety. This instant variety, it's okay. It tastes more like coffee than tea and it has a hint of loose leaf tea flavor in the background (aftertaste). If you like coffee, then this is the beverage for you. I do like the simplicity of it being instant and not using leaves in a tea ball, but the taste doesn't compare to bag or loose leaf tea. With leaves, I didn't use sugar. With this, I have too b/c it's very bitter and dark like coffee. I am not a coffee drinker, so this doesn't do it for me. Yes, a little goes a long way."
