Very good product I use it regularly and my stomach likes it. It doesn't have much taste which is good for a supplement. I add it in orange juice in the morning and drink more liquid afterwards. Vitacost offers a good price. December 30, 2012

Great product, great price I've used this product for years to increase the amount of fiber in my diet. I make a morning smoothie with this, a protein powder, and either coconut milk or water. It's not only tasty, but very good for me. I buy it here on Vitacost because I can get it for almost 50% less than at my neighborhood store. Yerba Prima Colon Care Formula Directions

ADULTS AND CHILDREN OVER 12: 1 heaping teaspoon, 1 to 3 times a day. CHILDREN 6-12: 1 level teaspoon, 1 to 3 times a day. See Directions.

DIRECTIONS: Can be used with or between meals. Start by taking 1 serving each day. Gradually increase to 3 servings per day if needed. Stir powder briskly into at least 8 ounces (a full glass) of liquid. Juice, water, soy or rice drink, and milk are all good with Colon Care Formula. For easiest mixing, shake in a closed jar. Drink immediately. If product is too think when consuming, add more liquid and stir. Drinking additional liquid is helpful. If minor gas or bloating occurs, reduce the amount you take until your system adjusts.
