"I have used it now for about 2 weeks. & It tastes fine & seems to be doing the trick but awaiting further results. If you need for it to dissolve my tip is to put it in water & just let it sit for a few minutes & it will desolve enough to drink. I put mine into my smoothie every morning."

"After a few days, I have not yet see any effects. However, its taste is really good, a little bit sweet with good smell. I could not stop eating it once. Remember, do not eat too much at one time. Otherwise your stomach would feel uncomfortable."
