Getting its cool crunch from cabbage, carrot, bell pepper and crisp ramen noodles mixed simply with mouthwatering Asian-inspired dressing, it’s always a crowd-pleaser and people always want more. Feel free to use any veggies on hand in your fridge – there are no hard, fast rules. Add cucumber, any color bell pepper, edamame or diced jalapeño for some spice. Just know this, you will be asked to bring it to every party!

Crunchy Ramen Salad

			Ingredients
Dressing
- 1/4 cup olive oil
 - 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
 - 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
 - 1 Tbsp. honey
 - 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
 
Salad
- 1 14 oz. bag coleslaw mix
 - 1 red bell pepper chopped
 - 2 8-10 oz. bags ramen noodles without seasoning packet
 - 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
 - 1/4 cup slivered almonds
 
Instructions
- 
										In large bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients.
 - 
										Toss in coleslaw mix and bell pepper and coat well.
 - 
										Crush ramen noodles into salad and mix.
 - 
										Serve cold, topped with sesame seeds and almonds.
