These irresistible treats come together in 10 minutes, and can be made without even turning on the oven. You get the rich flavor and soft, fluffy texture of cake with minimal effort and only a fraction of the calories! Now that’s worthy of a celebration!

Cacao, Raspberry & Pomegranate Cake Bites

Makes 12 balls
Macros per ball: 126.4 calories | 6.8 g total fat | 16.4 g carbs | 2.3 g fiber | 5 g Protein

Ingredients

1 cup almond flour
1/3 cup cacao powder
¼ cup St. Dalfour Red Raspberry and Pomegranate Fruit Spread
3 Tbsp. Vitacost Maple Syrup (can sub honey)
¼ cup goji berries

Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix together until well combined.
  2. Scoop out mixture and roll into ½-inch balls.
