  1. Preheat oven 425 degrees F.
  2. Heat skillet over medium heat, add a little oil, then add onions and bell pepper. Sauté 3-4 minutes, remove from pan.
  3. In same skillet, add splash of oil followed by chickpeas, garlic, sriracha, tomato paste, cayenne, vinegar, syrup, coconut aminos, salt and water. Cook mixture down to combine for 3-4 minutes. Spoon into bowl.
  4. Lightly drizzle oil over flatbread. Add vegan mozzarella cheese, onions, peppers and spicy chickpeas.
  5. Bake 8-10 minutes. Top with fresh cilantro and green onions.
