Ingredients
  • 5 cups mango peeled and cubed
  • ¼ cup raw honey or maple syrup
  • 2 13 oz. cans coconut cream chilled, solid part only
  • Fruit of choice for garnish
Instructions
  1. In food processor, process mango until smooth.
  2. Add honey and coconut cream. Blend 4-5 minutes until smooth and creamy.
  3. Spoon mixture into serving dish, cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
  4. To serve, spoon into bowls and garnish with fruit, if desired.
