Clean chicken wings, pat dry with paper towels and place in large bowl.

In separate medium bowl, add cornstarch, baking soda, 3 Tbsp. lemon pepper seasoning, spicy paprika and garlic powder. Mix until well combined.

Add seasoned cornstarch mixture to bowl of wings and toss. Press mixture into each wing to ensure they are evenly coated. Place bowl in fridge for 30 minutes to dry out wings and allow coating to stick.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

Place rack over large sheet pan and spray with non-stick spray. Place wings on rack in single layer and do not overlap.

Combine avocado oil, 1 Tbsp. lemon pepper seasoning and lemon zest in a small bowl. Set aside.

Bake wings for 40 minutes. After 20 minutes, brush wings with seasoned avocado oil. Return to oven and cook for 20 minutes.

Arrange wings on serving platter and enjoy.
