  • Handful spinach

Instructions
  1. In blender, blend together frozen berries and almond milk.
  2. Add yogurt, lemon juice, Codeage Liposomal Ovarian Inositol Powder and optional spinach and lemon zest. Blend until smooth. (Note: If consistency is too thick, adjust by adding a bit more almond milk.)
  3. Pour smoothie into glass and garnish with chia seeds and additional berries, if desired.
