Instructions
  1. Combine milk and vinegar. Set aside to curdle 5 minutes.
  2. In large bowl, mix dry ingredients.
  3. Whisk eggs, melted butter and vanilla into milk and vinegar mixture.
  4. Slowly pour dry ingredients into wet ingredients, whisking as your go. Stir gently.
  5. In skillet over medium heat, pour desired amount of batter. Cook until golden brown. Flip and repeat.
  6. To serve, garnish with your toppings.
