Cinnamon swirl
Cream cheese frosting
Instructions
  1. Preheat waffle iron.
  2. In large bowl, whisk together milk, eggs and melted butter or oil. Add pancake mix and whisk until smooth.
  3. In small bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar and cinnamon.
  4. In another bowl, stir together powdered sugar, softened butter, cream cheese and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Pour batter into waffle iron, swirl cinnamon mixture on top, and cook as directed.
  6. Keep waffles warm while cooking remaining batter.
  7. Spread cream cheese frosting on top and enjoy!
