Instructions
  1. Mash hemp tofu with cumin, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper if desired.
  2. In medium-sized skillet, add oil and onion. Sauté or caramelize over medium-low heat.
  3. Stir in hemp tofu mixture and cashew “cheese.”
  4. Cook 3-5 minutes until hemp tofu is heated through.
  5. Arrange on greens or gluten-free toast and top with avocado and more cashew “cheese.”
