Ingredients
  • 1 can (16 oz.) wild salmon or tuna, drained, skin and bones removed
  • 2 Tbsp. chile lime crema sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. red onion or scallion minced
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 keto sandwich wraps any flavor desired
  • 1 cup mixed baby greens
  • 1 cup carrots shredded
  • 1/4 cup radish julienned or shredded
  • 2 Tbsp. roasted pistachios shelled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup micro greens or sprouts
Instructions
  1. In bowl, mix together salmon, chile-lime crema sauce, red onion and salt. Combine thoroughly.
  2. On plates, lay out two wraps, layer baby greens in center, top with salmon mixture, carrots, radish and microgreens. Sprinkle on chopped pistachios and drizzle with a little extra chile lime sauce. Roll up wraps and serve immediately.
