Ingredients
- 1 can (16 oz.) wild salmon or tuna, drained, skin and bones removed
- 2 Tbsp. chile lime crema sauce
- 1 Tbsp. red onion or scallion minced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 keto sandwich wraps any flavor desired
- 1 cup mixed baby greens
- 1 cup carrots shredded
- 1/4 cup radish julienned or shredded
- 2 Tbsp. roasted pistachios shelled and chopped
- 1/2 cup micro greens or sprouts
Instructions

In bowl, mix together salmon, chile-lime crema sauce, red onion and salt. Combine thoroughly.
