Instructions
  1. In food processor, pulse cauliflower into rice-like shape. Set aside.
  2. Heat wok with olive oil and sauté garlic. Add prawns and stir fry for one minute.
  3. Add mixed vegetables and continue stir-frying.
  4. Add in cauliflower rice and Miracle Noodle rice and stir evenly.
  5. Cover wok and cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Create hole in center in of rice, add oil and pour in beaten egg. Stir fry to evenly distribute egg and add coconut aminos.
  7. Cover wok and cook for 2 minutes.
  8. Transfer to serving bowl.
