  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease baking pan or line with wax paper.
  2. In large bowl, combine cacao and almond butter, chia/flax “eggs” and vanilla.
  3. In separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, monk fruit and salt.
  4. Slowly stir dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix until well-blended. Gently fold in chocolate chips if using.
  5. Transfer mixture to prepared pan and smooth out the top.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes to retain moist texture.
