Ingredients
Optional
  • 4 shots tequila
  • 3 sprigs mint
Instructions
  1. In blender, combine mangos, orange juice, juice of 1 lime and honey; puree until smooth. Add tequila and mint in this process, if incorporating.
  2. On small plate, spread out tajin.
  3. Using 4 serving glasses, moisten each rim with lime juice and press into tajin until coated. (Note: Coat sparsely or more heavily depending on desired heat.)
  4. Pour ½ cup mango mixture into glass and top with sparkling water.
  5. Garnish with lime wedge.
