A fun addition to the dip family, this whipped feta is perfect for spreading onto toasted bread and crackers. It’s blended with Greek yogurt for a creamy and smooth texture, then topped with roasted, balsamic-glazed strawberries for a sweet-tart touch. Garnish with basil for a fresh finish to round out the flavors of this easy-to-make dish.
Whipped Feta Dip with Balsamic Strawberries

- 1.5 lbs. fresh strawberries
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- Freshly cracked black pepper (to taste)

- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- Ground white pepper (to taste)
Garnish
- Fresh basil (julienned)
- Olive oil
- Freshly cracked black pepper
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Rinse strawberries and gently pat dry with a towel. Remove stems and cut large strawberries into quarters and small strawberries in half.
