As you shop, you can also use the Shipping Calculator tool in the shopping cart to view estimated shipping rates, delivery time frames and the shipping weight of your order. During the checkout process, you’ll be given all available shipping methods and exact costs after providing the delivery address for your order.

Prices are listed in USD and all transactions completed on Vitacost.com are in U.S. dollars. Please contact your bank directly for information on conversion rates. If you experience any issues using your credit or debit card to place an order, first contact your bank to ensure that your card has been enabled for international purchases.
You are responsible for ensuring the shipping information on your Vitacost.com order is correct; we cannot change your delivery address after your order has been submitted.
Additionally, we cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays, fees or other issues that may result from an order shipping to an incorrect address. If such an error causes an order to be rejected, lost or destroyed, no refund will be issued. If the error causes an order to be shipped back to us, a refund for the cost of the merchandise will be issued when we receive the products, minus any return shipping fees. If the cost for the order to be returned is greater than the total value of the merchandise, Vitacost.com will inform the shipping carrier to abandon the package and no refund will be issued.
We cannot offer refunds on orders that are refused by the customer during delivery. If an order is shipped back to us due to package refusal, a refund for the cost of the merchandise will be issued when we receive the products, minus any return shipping fees. If the cost for the order to be returned is greater than the total value of the merchandise, Vitacost.com will inform the shipping carrier to abandon the package and no refund will be issued.
We cannot issue a refund of any kind for orders seized, damaged or destroyed by Customs, unless the order is returned back to us. If the order is returned, a refund will be issued for the cost of the merchandise only; shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Additionally, any return shipping costs or customs fees assessed on returned orders will be deducted from the refund amount. If the cost to return a rejected package is greater than the total value of the merchandise, Vitacost.com will inform the shipping carrier to abandon the package and no refund will be issued.
Due to import regulations, certain products may be restricted in your country and may not be available for purchase. While we do our best to prevent products from shipping to countries where specific products or ingredients are prohibited, regulations change constantly and we cannot guarantee that our restriction information is always up to date. We strongly recommend that you check with your local authorities for information on any regulations that may impact your ability to receive your order. Our Customs Seizure policy above applies to any order containing restricted items that is seized, damaged or destroyed by customs due to import regulations.
Known restrictions for all international shipments currently include: Hemp products, free samples, products requiring cold packs, hazardous material items, pet products and knives.

When your order ships, be on the lookout for a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a tracking link. You can also track your order by visiting our Online Service Center and entering your order details for the most up-to-date location information on your package.
If you have a Vitacost.com account, you can view the order status and shipping information for your open and recently shipped orders in the “Order Management” section of “My Account.” You’ll be able to track your current orders and view your order history as long as the orders were placed while you were logged in to your account. If you place an order as a guest, it will not display in your account. To track any order(s) you placed as a guest, please visit our Online Service Center to search by your order number or email address and billing zip code.
Please note that it may take up to 5 business days for your tracking number to return any information after your order has shipped, and some international shipping methods may only provide partial tracking details. Additional tracking within the destination country may be available from the local post or final mile delivery carrier. This information is not provided by Vitacost.com and can be found on the shipping carrier’s tracking website, if available.
On the rare occasion that an issue with your order occurs, our trusted customer service team is happy to offer a solution. If an item is missing, damaged or you are not satisfied with it, please contact us via chat or email to request a refund within the time frame provided below based on the shipping method of your order. We will update you as soon as your request has been processed or will contact you by email if additional information is required to process your request.

A photo depicting damaged, defective or wrong items sent is required for refund approval. Please do not discard any product(s) until you have received a notification confirming that your refund has been processed.
If your order is missing an item, it may have shipped separately and arrive in a different package at a later date. Please refer to your shipping confirmation email(s) which will provide tracking details and information on which items shipped in each package. You can also quickly access tracking information for your order by clicking here.
If you are ordering large quantities of a specific item (more than a 90-day supply), please contact us prior to placing your order to check the expiration dates of our current inventory. We will not be able to issue a refund for any product that has an expiration date outside of a 90-day supply.
Due to both customs regulations and shipping costs, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or issue replacements for items shipped to addresses outside the United States.
While the majority of international orders are delivered successfully, please be aware that packages may be delayed, re-routed or, on rare occasions, lost during the shipping process. Delivery time frames provided at checkout are estimates only and do not take into account weekends, holidays or processing time (please allow 24-48 hours for order processing).
For orders shipped via FedEx International or SF Express:
Delivery typically can take up to 15 business days, depending on shipping location and government import procedures. As a result, orders shipped via FedEx International or SF Express will not be considered “lost” until 15 business days after the shipment date. We are unable to process any claims until the lost order wait period has passed. If you have not received your order after the stated wait period, you must contact us via chat or email within 60 days of purchase. Please note that we do not offer replacements or store credits for international orders. Failure to notify us that your order has not been received within 60 days of the date of purchase will result in no refund issued.
For orders shipped via FedEx Connect:
Delivery typically can take up to 45 business days, depending on shipping location and government import procedures. As a result, an order shipped via FedEx Connect will not be considered “lost” until 45 business days after the shipment date. We are unable to process any claims until the lost order wait period has passed. If you have not received your order after the stated wait period, you must contact us via chat or email within 90 days of purchase. Please note that we do not offer replacements or store credits for international orders. Failure to notify us that your order has not been received within 90 days of the date of purchase will result in no refund.
Notice: The package loss wait periods stated above are subject to change at any time, without notice, due to unforeseen events.
International freight forwarders and third party shipping companies offer a convenient way to receive orders to your address outside the United States. However, if you elect to use this type of service, we cannot issue you a refund of any kind or accept returns of any order handled by a third party shipper. Vitacost.com cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss that occurs due to the handling of your order by an outside shipping carrier. If any damage to products, package loss or delivery issues occur when using this type of service, please contact the third party company directly for resolution. Additionally, any international documents required for package import will be your responsibility and/or will need to be provided by the third party shipper. We are not able to offer any documents or other customs information for packages that are not shipped directly by Vitacost.com to the final destination country.
All Vitacost.com transactions are actively reviewed for fraudulent activity. We also have procedures in place to validate orders, and we may ask for additional information from you to verify your account. If your order is selected for additional verification, you will receive an email requesting additional verification of the order. Once we receive your response and all information has been verified through our Fraud Review System, the order will be released for immediate shipment.
Vitacost.com actively prosecutes fraudulent behavior to the fullest extent of the law. If you feel that your account with us has fraudulent activity, or has been inaccurately marked as fraudulent, please contact us for further assistance.
Items sold at Vitacost.com are intended for personal use. Vitacost.com cannot be held responsible for any laws or regulations that result in Customs applying additional costs to your order, including taxes, duties or other customs fees, or any related product seizure or delivery delays. In the event additional fees are assessed to your order, your local Customs authority or an approved third party vendor will contact you directly.
