Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Whisk together dry ingredients. Mix in Greek yogurt and butter. Using pastry cutter or food processor, knead 4 to 5 minutes (dough will be crumbly). Add ghee and cold water. Shape into ball; flatten into disk. Wrap; refrigerate 10 to 15 minutes.
On floured surface, roll dough 8”x10” or larger. Fold 3 to 4 times, like an envelope, to create flaky layers.
Flour surface again. Roll dough to 1/8”-thick. Cut dough into 24 round pieces.
Over 1 circular piece of dough, add guava, cream cheese and mint, being careful to not overfill. Top with second piece of dough. Using fork, crimp edged closed. Repeat until all dough is used.
Arrange hand pies on prepared baking sheet; brush with egg wash. Cut 3 to 4 slits on tops of each hand pie for ventilation.
Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown.
