  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (for light-colored pan) or 375 degrees F (for dark-colored or glass pan).
  2. In large mixing bowl, mix together melted butter or oil and water.
  3. In separate bowl, whisk eggs before mixing into mixing bowl.
  4. Add baking mix and stir until well combined.
  5. Into greased pan, pour mixture and spread evenly.
  6. Bake 25 minutes (8x8-inch pan) or 20 minutes (9x9-inch pan).
  7. In microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips for 30 seconds or until soft. Whisk until smooth. Drizzle over slightly cooled brownies.
  8. Sprinkle salt evenly on top.
