Add 1/2 cup of strawberries to microwave-safe dish or small pot and heat until soft. Alternatively, use fresh strawberries. Muddle with honey. Add chia seeds and mix. Set aside.

In high-powered blender, add 1-1/2 cups frozen strawberries, banana, avocado, dates, oat milk, collagen peptides and 1/2 cup coconut yogurt. Blend on high until smooth.

Smear the sides of 2 clear glasses with 2 Tbsp. coconut yogurt each to create "clouds." Add the crushed strawberries to bottom of glass.

Pour smoothie into glasses, avoiding yogurt on glass as much as possible for aesthetic purposes.
