Strawberry Glazed Skin-Loving Cloud Smoothie

Instructions
  1. Add 1/2 cup of strawberries to microwave-safe dish or small pot and heat until soft. Alternatively, use fresh strawberries. Muddle with honey. Add chia seeds and mix. Set aside.
  2. In high-powered blender, add 1-1/2 cups frozen strawberries, banana, avocado, dates, oat milk, collagen peptides and 1/2 cup coconut yogurt. Blend on high until smooth.
  3. Smear the sides of 2 clear glasses with 2 Tbsp. coconut yogurt each to create "clouds." Add the crushed strawberries to bottom of glass.
  4. Pour smoothie into glasses, avoiding yogurt on glass as much as possible for aesthetic purposes.
  5. Enjoy immediately.
