Ingredients
  • 8 oz goat cheese
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. avocado oil
  • 4 mint leaves chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. hot honey
  • 1/2 cup sweet mango chutney
  • 1/2 cup mango chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. unsalted pistachios roasted and chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. mint leaves finely chopped
Instructions
  1. In food processor or mixing bowl, combine goat cheese, cream cheese, salt, oil, mint leaves and honey. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Spread whipped cheese mixture onto serving plate or shallow bowl.
  3. Spoon mango chutney evenly over cheese. Top with chopped mangoes.
  4. Sprinkle chopped roasted pistachios on top.
  5. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
  6. Serve and enjoy with pita chips or crackers.
