Directions
For the first 3 days, take 1 capsule of First Cleanse I in the morning and 1 capsule of First Cleanse II at night. After 3 days, increase to 2 capsules of First Cleanse I in the morning and 2 capsules of First Cleanse II at night. This program may be taken as needed to assist natural detoxification and elimination functions. This product works best if taken on an empty stomach, allowing 30 minutes before eating.
Warnings
Tamper evident: Do not use this product if either the outer neck band or the inner seal is broken. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a dry place at 59-86°F (15-30°C). Discontinue if adverse effects occur.
Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain. Consult your physician if you have frequent diarrhea. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition, consult your physician or health care professional before taking this product.
