Twinlab Krill Oil I needed a pill that had a higher amount of oil and this was the highest one I've seen so I bought it. They are larger than most and they don't have as nice a smell as the others I've taken but it I'm ok with that. What I thought was nice is that they come in a glass bottle until I dropped it and it shattered in a million little pieces! The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because I've only taken them for about a week. July 3, 2012

Great way to get your omega's I have found krill oil to be better on my stomach & overall health. This product does a great job of maintaining my omega's. It does have a little fishy smell, but most oils do. It's nice to only have to take 1 pill per day. April 29, 2012

Twinlab's Krill Essentials Omega-3 Cardio Krill Oil contains 100% Superba Pure Krill Oil, which has a unique and substantial offering of the omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA in phospholipid form. This phospholipid form is bioavailable than ometa-3 triglycerides found in traditional fish oil products, because this phospholipid form of fatty acids closely resembles those found in the human brain, and is more easily recognized, incorporated and utilized by the body. Combined with the naturally occurring antioxidant astaxanthin, this phospholipid helps to prevent oxidation, which can lower the quality of omega-3 fatty acids from fish. To further support heart health, vitamin B6, B12 and folic acid have been added to the formula, which studies have shown help to maintain healthy levels of homocysteine, a protein that can build up in the blood.
