Awesome product Aerobic life is second to none for colon products been on this for years hard to go with out it a but expensive so cant always afford it but when will always use it first thing in morning 1/2 hr. before bkfast December 28, 2012

save your money Not the product I was hoping for. I am not satisfied after using for one month and unless you love black licorice I would stay away on taste alone. I would like a refund on the open one and I still have an unopened canister that will not get opened. Thank you March 7, 2009

Aerobic Life ABC MAX Colon Cleanse Directions

As a dietary supplement, mix (1) tablespoon in 8 oz of Aerobic Life aloe vera juice or fruit juice one to three times daily. In the morning, 30 minutes before or after a meal and/or at bedtime. Drink immediately and follow with a large glass of water.

Notice: A temporary feeling of fullness is normal after taking ABC. You may also notice more frequent bowel movements. Mucus and dark layered fecal matter are not uncommon and no cause for an alarm.
