I have two bottles of this. The first one I didn't realize how much moisture it would attract & put it in the sectioned case w/ my other supplements. They all got wet & stuck together. Thought I'd best leave this in the original bottle & take from there--but all in the bottle were wet. took what I could, very crumbly, had to pitch the rest. Second bottle, upon opening, was already wet. Waste of money. They should put a stronger dessicant package in there, the one it came with didn't work.

Tastes Terrible!!
These are so bitter that I can hardly choke them down, and I do not have problems swallowing pills. I have to have a mouthful of milk or juice, something with flavor, add them to it and drink more to swallow them.

great product!
I was taking the liquid Magnesium Chloride before and it worked fine for me but I can't take it with me when I travel. This tablet form is perfect! I read about some get caps that stick together and/or melt, but tablets don't. I took this to Vietnam and it was super humid and I had no problems with my tablets.
