"This is good mixed with yogurt , brown rice or granola but you can't mix it with a liquid. Its little, tiny seeds. I dont think Ill need to buy more for a long time so I keep it in the freezer. Its a good quality flax but I dont take enough to really get much benefit from it. I think I'll try a liquid flax oil next time."

"I have been using Forti-Flax for a good while now.....Great source of Fiber and Omega's which is good for keep cholesterol at bay....Also, a nice source of "Amino-Acids," the "building blocks of the body"......Best price around at Vitacost...
Also, I use Organic India's organic Psyillium and Futurebiotic's (cheap) Probiotics, along with Source Natural's Digestive Enzymes...They, in symbiosis, keep the whole lower region purring ....When things are moving along, it means "things is workin'".haha..."
