Divine, Supple and Succulent I love this pasta. It cooks up quickly and is so tender without being mushy - like fresh pasta but pleasantly more al dente. The rich egg comes thru nicely and the extra wide noodle really holds sauces. If I had bigger cabinets, I'd order this by the case. March 17, 2013
