"My mother gave us Cod Liver Oil every morning with our breakfast. I have continued until this day. Now, I take one teaspoonful three times per week. Carlson's is the best brand today since it is free of chemicals and contaminents."

"Fish oil touts many excellent health benefits. I'm not debating those...what I'm doing in this review is explaining THIS fish oil's attributes. 1st, I prefer liquid over pills/capsules. 2nd, since it's a liquid, my kids can take it easily, too. 3rd, the taste is not exactly yummy, but is more than bearable. It has a mild lemon flavor. I've found that I prefer it as is, but for my kids, they like it mixed in with a little juice, etc. It's not the flavor that is tough, but the thick, oily texture...which is the nature of the beast with any fish oil."

"I take this daily, mainly for extra Vitamin D. The lemon flavoring covers the fishy taste, all you taste is lemon. I usually wash it down with a swig of orange juice."
