You won't miss wheat pasta!!
All of the "Explore Asia" bean pastas are surprisingly delicious and packed with nutrition -- about 25g of protein and 12g of fiber *per serving*!! You'll find the texture a bit different than wheat pasta, but it's a wonderful substiute and takes sauces beautifully. And it doesn't fall apart or get mushy like rice pastas. I love them!!

My "Go To" noodle
I love these noodles for their versatility. I use them for spaghetti, of course, but also as a ramen substitute and they also make a good Chinese cake noodle or chow mein substitute. The black bean version is great in place of soba (buckwheat noodles). Having food allergies doesn't mean you have to go without. You just have to look down a different aisle.

Nice concept, didn't like texture
I liked that it had little flavor and was low in carbs, but it was like a long, stringy sponge. The texture freaked me out. I can't do it.
I'm going to try the black bean and mung bean ones and hope for the best but I'm not expecting much.

My husband and I love these. Super high in protein which makes them filling and these noodles have a fantastic texture. Will be buying these again... and again... and again...
