Can't get through allergy season without it I have seasonal allergies as well as food allergies. The combination of the 2 products keeps my sinuses clear, allergies in check, and no upset stomach or other intestinal problems. I have not experienced any bad side effects such as drowsiness. I take this product year round but other family members only take it during the seasons when they have allergies. January 7, 2013

Acute - Take one Allertonic® softgel and one Quercetin AllerReLeaf™ tablet every two to three hours with water until comfort is achieved or as directed by your health care professional. Noticeable comfort is attained within the first or second day. Then switch to Ongoing use.

Ongoing - Once comfort is attained, take one Allertonic® softgel and one Quercetin AllerReLeaf™ tablet three times a day with water.

Pro-Active - Two months prior to seasonal challenges, take one Allertonic® softgel and one Quercetin AllerReLeaf™ tablet twice a day with water.
