IronTek Gritty -- Buy Solray I have bought this for years. In the past few years, IronTek has become distressfully gritty. So much of the product doesn't dissolve and is left at the bottom of my cup. And it grosses me out. Last time, I ordered Jarrow to compare. Lo and behold, Jarrow actually dissolves, meaning that instead of getting only 65% of the weight into me, I get 100%. Great Product! My husband and I tried many different brands of glutamine and so far this is one of the best. We normally take glutamine dry and then drink liquid immediately.
