Gets the job done I used to bodybuild years ago, then a few years back I started getting back into shape with the idea that I wasn't going to go into 'full on' bodybuilding. Part of that decision was based on the cost and reliance on supplements. I lost weight, got in reasonable shape, but as I neared my goal I just could not keep up with my workouts. I fell back on my old knowledge of supplements and started using BCAAs, this brand, in fact. Instantly, I could do my workouts again - and then some! Once I started fueling with these before and during my workouts, my energy soared and my exercises advanced in difficulty. If I don't take them for some reason, I can REALLY tell the difference. While I don't want to get reliant on tons of expensive supplements, this is the one I can't do without. The only downside with these pills is I don't like capsules. I swallow softgels more easily. Free Form Amino Acids with Glutamine and B6

BCAA Complex contains the ideal 2:1:1 ratio of the free form, crystalline branched chain amino acids L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine combined with the conditionally essential amino acid L-Glutamine.

BCAAs exert an anticatabolic effect by reducing the breakdown of protein, thereby protecting muscle tissue. Glutamine is a preferred source of fuel for the intestinal cells and is in high demand by skeletal muscles following physical exertion. Vitamin B6 enhances amino acid metabolism.
